General duties

• Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of IT processes (e.g. incident management, change, configuration, problem management, etc.);
• Assists in the development, implementation and optimization of reports on monitoring IT service indicators such as availability, performance, SLA, etc. in Power BI.
• Collaborates with various IT and business teams to ensure consistency between IT services and business goals. Maintains communication between technical and business stakeholders;
• Participates in the annual review of documentation: rules, procedures, manuals and instructions;

Requirements

• 4th year Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Have English level Intermediate or higher
• Knowledge in IT processes and management. ITIL certification is an advantage
