We are currently looking for a motivated, responsible, and curious individualto join our Digital Channels Support Unit in Sofia as an Intern.

What to expect?
During your internship at ProCredit Bank, you will gain hands-on experience in the business and operational support of customers using the Bank's digital banking services and channels.

You will learn how to assist with customer inquiries related to the use of digital banking services, including online and mobile banking functionalities, authentication and authorization processes, payments and transactions performed through digital channels, as well as selected card-related services.

You will also gain practical insight into how customer requests are analyzed, handled, and followed up, how different cases are coordinated with relevant internal teams, and how the overall customer experience across the Bank's digital channels can be continuously improved.

Requirements:

• Good computer literacy and confidence in working with digital tools
• Good command of English
• Responsible and reliable approach to assigned tasks
• Good communication skills and openness to giving and receiving feedback
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Initiative, curiosity, and active participation in assigned tasks
• Interest in digital banking services and customer experience
