Our partner is a worldwide technology company that also develops business in Bulgaria. They are looking for a B2B Troubleshooting Specialist with German to join their first team in Bulgaria. The person will have the opportunity to build a good professional relationship with the clients and improve their experience as users.
Providing general technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving to corporate clients from a famous brand;
Perform level 1 Technical support in connection with resolving technical issues, related to laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile phones, routers, Microsoft Office package, VPN, Outlook and other applications;
Uninstall and reinstall software applications;
Resolve username and password problems;
Assist with navigation around application menus.
Have excellent verbal and written German (C1 Level);
Good English level (B1/B2 Level);
Have technical knowledge, understanding, and passion for technologies;
Previous experience in customer or technical support will be considered as a strong advantage.
