We are currently looking for QMS Specialist.

Responsibilities:

Integrated management system:

Conduct the activities of maintenance and update of Integrated management system;
Conduct internal training related to Integrated management system;

Documentation system:

Supports the company web documentation system functioning as reviews and updates content, publish and archive respective documentation;
Documentation control;

Internal and external audits:

Manages and coordinates the internal audit process – internal audits program preparation, follow up of the conducted internal audits corrective actions taken;
Conducts internal audits;
Conducts training of internal auditors;
Organizes and participates certification and system audits (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485);

Requirements:

University Degree in Industrial Management - Chemistry or Ecology is an advantage;
Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel & Power Point are a must;
Good common of English – both written and spoken;
Well organized;
Willingness to learn and achieve new competences;
Very good communication skills;
Flexible with ability to work in a team;
