Retention Specialist with German (iGaming)

• Engage and retain existing and former clients via outbound calls and emails;
• Promote the platform, its products, and services;
• Analyze player activity and behavior to identify opportunities for increased engagement, retention, and reactivation;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty;
• Provide up-to-date information about products to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

• Excellent level of German (C2 level);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Strong motivation to engage and retain customers;
• Ability to identify player needs and provide tailored solutions that boost loyalty;
