We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with German & English to join our team in Varna. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support mainly via chat and email.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email


• Document interactions accurately in the system


• Follow company procedures and guidelines


• Escalate complex cases when needed

Requirements:

• German (C1–C2) and English (B2)


• Strong communication and computer skills


• Attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Previous experience is a plus
