As they scale, they’re looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist to join their core team and help ensure everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving operational puzzles, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our partner’s commercial, office, and project operations — helping to build the operational backbone of a high-performing company.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office Operations

Ensure the office is running smoothly and efficiently each day 
Handle mail, supplies, errands, and coordination with vendors
Provide general administrative support and be the go-to person for internal office needs
Commercial Operations

Own verification workflows (e.g., Ethoca, Verifi) and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and optimize operational trackers and reports in Excel
Assist with data input, analysis, and documentation to support commercial decision-making
Project & Event Support

Coordinate logistics for trade shows, team events, and internal projects 
Help plan timelines, track deliverables, and support smooth execution
Jump into operational setups and on-the-ground tasks when needed

What You Bring:

Top-notch organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools 
A proactive, hands-on approach and readiness to take initiative
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in operations, admin, or office coordination (mandatory)
Comfortable communicating in English
A team-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
