We are looking for a Executive assistant to a C-level Manager.

The one who is ready to take on the responsibility of being the right hand of the Director of the company - a professional, who is fully devoted when it comes to his responsibilities. An individual, who has combinability in challenging situations, thanks to which he can skillfully juggle with tasks set within a specific deadline.


 Executive Assistant

What's next for you:

Support the Director in administrative and organizational tasks;
Correspondence management and drafting letters and documents;
Мaintain the Director's appointment schedule by planning meetings and conferences;
Organize travel arrangements, hotel accommodation and flight reservations;
Translate communication and documentation from Bulgarian to English;
Act as a first point of reference for all partners and enquirers.

Successful candidate profile:

Previous experience as an Administrative or Personal assistant;
Fluent English - both written and spoken;
Outstanding organizational, analytical, and time managing skills;
Flexibility in communicating with people at different levels;
Proven skills for searching and finding information,
Discretion and confidentiality.
