We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Packing Associate to join our fast-paced Sofia logistics hub. You will ensure smooth daily operations, handle essential administrative paperwork, and assist with precise packing and sorting of shipments. Key Responsibilities

• Admin Duties: Process shipping documents, manage filing systems, and handle basic data entry.
• Packing & Sorting: Accurately pack, label, and prepare outbound packages for safe and timely dispatch.
• Quality Control: Inspect received goods for damage and ensure packing materials meet company standards.
• Coordination: Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure daily targets are met. 

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office/Excel) and administrative experience.
• Basic command of the English language (Bulgarian language skills are a strong advantage).
• High attention to detail and physical ability to stand, lift, and pack light to moderate boxes.
• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
