Job Description
In this?1 year internship, the person will assist Level 2 support teams in managing and maintaining key enterprise systems: Zema (market data), TRAX (treasury payments), Quantum (treasury management), and GRIP (Global Risk Integration Program). The role will offer the possibility to gain knowledge and practice in both operational support and process improvement, providing hands-on experience in incident resolution, data integration, and system monitoring across AMS BO & MO Teams.? You will be able to gain practical experience in IT service management, including exposure to ITIL processes and compliance standards and build a foundation for future roles in IT support, systems analysis or business process management.?
Main responsibilities:?
Support L2 engineers in resolving incidents and service requests for Zema, TRAX, Quantum, and GRIP, including error analysis and escalation when necessary.
Qualifications
Eligibility:?You should be an active student in the last phases of your education or recently graduated in?Finance or Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration or Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science.
