For one of our clients - a leading telecommunications infrastructure company, we are looking for – AP Accountant.

* Take ownership of daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring invoices, payments, expenses, and bank transactions are processed accurately and on time;
* Review, code, and record supplier invoices while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and local requirements;
* Perform accurate three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices before approval;
* Build strong relationships with vendors, proactively resolving queries and payment-related issues in close partnership with Procurement;
* Review employee expenses, validate supporting documentation, and provide timely assistance with expense-related questions;
* Keep financial documentation well-organized, complete, and audit-ready, ensuring a smooth and efficient accounting process;
* Contribute to month-end closing, reconciliations, audits, tax activities, and wider finance projects across Bulgaria, Slovenia, and Croatia.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline;
* At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a similar finance role;
* Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and applicable European regulations;
* Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems; experience with Oracle is a strong advantage;
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a strong focus on accuracy and deadlines;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues, vendors, and international stakeholders;
* Fluent English and a collaborative, proactive mindset; ACCA qualification or strong ACCA knowledge would be an advantage.
