We are now looking for an experienced and motivated professional for the position of

 

Application Administrator

 

Responsibilities:

• Administrating the business support applications;

• Participating in the overall process of developing and deploying of business applications;

• Developing and executing tests and test scenarios;

• Providing level 2 support to resolve complex business support systems’ issues;

• Collaborating with development groups (both external and/or internal) to ensure defects free deployment;

• Creating and maintaining the technical documentation of the applications;

• Providing internal trainings to Technical Support Level 1 specialists.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in the process of deployment, administration and maintenance of complex software applications for the financial sector (preferably in the insurance sector);

• Knowledge of operating systems and system virtualization;

• Experience in administering of applications server.
