Key tasks and responsibilities:

Diverse and Future-Focused:

• Actively support the Board of Directors in operational and strategic tasks - from scheduling and meeting coordination to preparing decision-relevant materials;
• Manage internal and external communications;
• Monitor key projects and ensure tasks are followed through with precision;
• Create professional presentations and summaries to support management decisions;
• Organize and streamline information flow and documentation so the right people get the right input at the right time;
• Coordinate business travel, executive meetings, and internal events;
• Provide high-quality administrative support with a proactive mindset.
Your profile:

• University degree in business administration, management, or a related field;
• First experience in an executive assistant, project support, or coordination role is an advantage;
• Strong interest in corporate strategy and executive-level operations;
• Fluent in spoken and written Bulgarian and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP skills are a plus;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, paired with analytical thinking;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining discretion and professionalism;
• High level of initiative, reliability, and a drive to grow beyond the role.
