For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for a B2B Account Strategist with French and English (Hybrid).

*Grow existing accounts through renewals, upselling, and new business opportunities;
*Build strong relationships with clients and manage a dedicated portfolio;
*Guide customers through onboarding and product adoption;
*Provide strategic recommendations to help clients maximize product value;
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience;
*Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales pipeline visibility.

*Fluent in English and French with excellent communication skills;
*Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer success;
*Target-driven mindset with a proven results-oriented approach;
*Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills;
*Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage;
*Comfortable working with digital tools and fast-paced environments.
