On behalf of our client, a well-known company operating in the Energy sector, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to support operations in energy trading, balancing group coordination, and contract management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Data Management & Reporting: Maintain, update, and analyze energy trading data, balancing group transactions, and client agreements;
•    Contract Administration: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing offtake agreements and balancing contracts;
•    Operational Support: Ensure timely processing of transactions, invoices, and documentation;
•    Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in energy trading operations;
•    Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:
•    University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
•    Previous experience in back-office operations, preferably in the energy or utilities sector;
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
•    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
•    Familiarity with energy trading platforms and regulatory frameworks is a plus;
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
•    Fluency in English.
