For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer
service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for
– Backoffice Content Analyst with Turkish and English.
*Review and approve advertiser campaigns before they go live;
*Ensure all content is safe, compliant, and high-quality;
*Quickly classify and flag inappropriate text, images, videos, and audio;
*Handle inquiries via email and ticketing systems efficiently;
*Work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
*Excellent Turkish and strong English skills;
*Passion for pop culture and active on social media;
*Sharp attention to detail and quick decision-making;
*Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks;
*Comfortable with MS Office, Google Drive; Salesforce or live chat experience is a plus.
*Standard working time – Monday till Friday;
