For one of our clients – a seasoned BPO company focused on customer experience and digital transformation for global brands across fintech, tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Backoffice Digital Security Specialist with French or Norwegian or Danish or Polish.

*Keep the platform safe by spotting fraud, policy breaches, and emerging risks;
*Investigate incidents and ensure quick, effective solutions;
*Work with teams to improve safety policies and enforcement;
*Develop strategies to reduce risk and strengthen security;
*Help moderate content and ensure community guidelines are followed;
*Stay up-to-date on online threats and industry trends;
*Provide insights and reports to guide decisions and risk management.

*Fluent in French, Norwegian, Danish or Polish with strong English;
*Bachelor’s in data analysis or related field, or relevant experience is a plus;
*Experience in trust and safety, fraud prevention, or content moderation is an advantage;
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
*Comfortable with online platforms, problem-solving, and multitasking;
*Adaptable, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
*Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large amounts of information accurately.
