For one of our clients – а technology-enabled BPO firm dedicated to optimizing customer service and business performance for world-renowned brands, we are looking for – Backoffice Platform Coordinator with Italian and English. The project is dedicated to one of the world's leading online gaming ecosystems, where users can create and enjoy games.

*Answer customer emails using a support system for an online game platform and game creation system;
*Help users recover their accounts or passwords;
*Assist with refund requests when needed;
*Provide clear guidance about the platform, its games, game creation tools, and related features;
*Keep customers happy by resolving issues quickly, professionally, and with empathy;
Be a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful representative of the brand.

*Excellent Italian skills and very good English;
*Good writing and communication skills.;
*Basic computer and typing skills;
*Interest in games or gaming platforms is a plus;
*Positive attitude and willingness to help people;
*Team player with a proactive and curious mindset.

*Standard working time – Monday till Friday;
