– Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and beverages with consistency and care 

– Welcoming guests at the bar and creating a friendly, professional atmosphere 

– Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar 

– Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth operations 

– Upholding high standards of hospitality and presentation

– Previous bartending experience (fine dining or cocktail bar experience is a plus) 

– Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and Mediterranean wine culture 

– Excellent communication and guest‑engagement abilities 

– Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy service 

– Creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
