For one of our clients’ new project in the premium sportswear sector, we are looking for – Brand Experience Specialist with Dutch or German or French or Italian or Spanish. The project is focused on delivering excellent customer support for a globally recognized active lifestyle brand.

*Deliver exceptional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone, becoming their trusted point of contact;
*Guide customers through every stage of their shopping journey, from pre-purchase questions to post-order assistance;
*Resolve customer concerns efficiently and with empathy, ensuring a positive and personalized experience;
*Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date information within internal systems;
*Represent the brand professionally while following company standards and best practices to provide a world-class customer experience.

*Fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, or Spanish (B2 level) with good command of English (B1–B2);
*Previous customer support experience is considered an advantage, especially within e-commerce, retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries;
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Comfortable assisting customers across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and phone;
*Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to new tools and support platforms.
