                                                                          BUSINESS ANALYST

Responsibilities:
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, budget and resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets;
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to the project team;
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables;
• Analyzes and documents requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization;
• On some projects, where applicable, manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables;
• Communicates with the central technical team to resolve issues if necessary;
• Researches business requirements, develops detailed specifications, and validates solutions with stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Higher education— Business / Engineering or IT degree;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field—work experience ideally in a manufacturing company;
• Very good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in French is a plus;
• Shop floor oriented;
• Must demonstrate a high level of self-discipline and responsibility in their work, initiative and proactivity;
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, maintain positive relationships within the team, prevent conflicts from arising, and resolve them promptly should they occur;
• Independence in decision-making.
• Knowledge of lean principles and methodologies;
• Ability to interpret various technical instructions;
• Strong analytical and logical thinking;
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack;
• Flexibility, organization, adaptability to change, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment;
• Experience working with manufacturing systems.
