Klaus Fuchs is looking for a new member for his team.

 

This job can be performed by all countries within our A1 footprint.

 

Role insights:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to align on requirements and processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and workflows.
  • Collaborate with QA and Development teams to validate requirements, support testing, and deliver system changes.
  • Monitor business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation or improvements.
  • Support incident analysis (Maintenance) by assessing business impact and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc business and operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and other governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate system and process documentation.
  • Support change management through communication, training, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all tasks within Confluence.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional within the CDC teams.

 

What Makes You Unique:

  • University Degree in Informatics, Computer science or any equivalent qualification.
  • Solid technical Experience with Maxbill Billing System.
  • Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
  • Requirements gathering & documentation.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of IT systems & billing processes – exposure to telecom billing/charging systems, rating, or batch processing is a plus.
  • Methodologies – experience working in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
  • Compliance & governance – understanding of SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Soft skills – attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and strong presentation skills.
  • Tech skills: SQL Knowledge (Oracle), Linux, APEX and SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented and ready to take over responsibility.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
