We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Agent for one of our partners.


Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients looking to buy, sell, or lease commercial properties;
Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends to provide expert advice;
Negotiate and close deals to achieve business goals;
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and businesses;
Prepare contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.

Requirements:

Experience in sales or business development at least 1-2 years;
Fluent English /B2-C1/ is a must;
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills;
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently;
Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing will be considered a huge advantage.
