General duties

• analyze current business processes and propose improvements;
• participate in projects aiming to improve efficiency and standardize workflows;
• automate corporate non-lending processes, including processes related to the implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) measures and regulations;
• develop methodology and maintain internal rules and procedures, related to non-lending products and services for corporate clients and the related processes;

Requirements

• University degree in economics, finance, business administration or other related fields;
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Very good computer literacy;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a banking or financial institution;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework in banking, customer identification and anti-money laundering prevention will be considered as an advantage.
