The role
We're looking for a Business Performance Analyst to join the VOYO team.

In this role, you will transform data into business decisions that drive subscriber growth, customer engagement, retention, and commercial performance. Working closely with Streaming, Marketing, CRM, Product, Content, Finance, and Data teams, you will identify opportunities, uncover insights, and turn data into measurable business impact.

• 3–5+ years of experience in business analytics, digital analytics, media, telecommunications, e-commerce, subscription businesses, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
• Experience working with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Understanding of customer behavior, CRM analytics, marketing performance, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Experience with streaming, digital products, subscription-based business models, or customer analytics is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and influence decision making through insights.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
