For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for – Clean
Water Solutions Consultant with Dutch (Hybrid).
*Assist customers via phone, email, and social media, ensuring quick and friendly support;
*Resolve questions about deliveries, products, content, or refunds with accuracy and care;
*Provide helpful guidance and create a positive experience for every customer;
*Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism;
*Contribute to a team that provides safe, clean drinking water to thousands.
*Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills;
*Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus;
*Comfortable using computers and MS Office applications;
*Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a dynamic setting;
*Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
