Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Customer Support: Promptly respond to player inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, providing assistance or information about games, promotions, and platform features.
✔️ KYC Verification: Review and approve player identity documents to ensure compliance with Know Your Customer policies.
✔️ Risk Management & Fraud Prevention: Monitor player accounts, deposits, and betting patterns to detect and mitigate fraudulent activities, bonus abuse, and potential Money Laundering risks.
✔️ Withdrawal Processing: Review and process player withdrawal requests within designated timeframes, ensuring verification requirements are met.
✔️ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to foster an exceptional customer experience.
✔️ Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain precise interaction logs, gather user feedback, and adhere to internal guidelines and scheduling requirements.

Position Requirements:

✔️ Previous experience in a relevant Customer Support, Payments, or Risk/Fraud prevention role.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal Bulgarian and English skills (mandatory).
✔️ Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
✔️ High customer service orientation and strong communication abilities.
✔️ Great teamwork capacity and adaptability.
✔️ Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts as determined by operational needs and internal policies.
