For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a Client Success and Growth Manager with French or Italian or Dutch or German (Hybrid).


*Re-engage with former clients and help them rediscover the value and potential of our
products and solutions;
*Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of accounts, building strong and long-term
partnerships that create shared success;
*Develop and implement smart strategies to reactivate dormant clients and drive revenue
growth across key opportunities;
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with clients’ marketing goals and
business needs;
*Act as a trusted advisor for your clients, offering tailored recommendations and proactive
support throughout their journey;
*Communicate effectively across email, phone, and virtual meetings while consistently
working toward and achieving sales targets.


*Strong understanding of sales principles, pipeline management, and consultative selling techniques;

*Fluency in English plus one additional language (Dutch, German, Italian, or French) – both
written and spoken;
*Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a fast-paced
outsourcing environment;
*Good knowledge of marketing fundamentals and the ability to translate client goals into
practical, results-driven solutions;
*Proven ability to spot growth opportunities and contribute to increased client engagement and revenue;
*Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic,
fast-moving environment.


*Monday-Friday standard working hours (hybrid model);
