We are looking for a Compliance Assistant.

Main Objective:

Support the Compliance team in maintaining and developing production protocols and ensuring all labeling and technical documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards for modified and new products across various markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist senior compliance members in day-to-day tasks.
Validate product texts and visualizations for market-specific requirements (e.g. sticker and label compliance).
Collect technical data, pricing, and forecasts for production reporting.
Coordinate with marketing teams and external printing houses on packaging materials.
Participate in optimization projects in the finished product labeling sector.
Oversee raw material/supply coordination for new or modified products.
Ensure all documentation and databases are updated using internal systems.
Join team meetings relevant to compliance and production.
Provide regulatory guidance to business units.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Production, and Logistics.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 1+ years in compliance, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or a related role.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator across all levels of staff.
Understanding of digital systems and databases.
Proactive, motivated, and a strong team player.
Able to stay composed and solution-oriented under pressure.
English level B2 or higher (required).
