United Energy Group is principally engaged in the upstream oil & natural gas, clean energy, and energy trading businesses. UEG plays an important role in meeting global energy demand and is committed to supporting the carbon neutural transition.

· Oversee full lifecycle management of PV+BESS projects in Bulgaria, covering pre-development, construction, commissioning and grid connection; fully control core targets including schedule, capital cost, construction quality and full-cycle HSE compliance.

· Manage EPC general contractors, trade subcontractors and local labor crews; coordinate cross-disciplinary teams (civil, electrical, BESS, cost, QA/QC, HSE, document control) and optimize manpower & equipment allocation to maximize delivery efficiency.

· Develop and dynamically track master construction schedule; establish standardized quality and HSE management systems; conduct regular site patrols to resolve schedule deviations, safety hazards and quality defects in a timely manner.

· Formulate and implement end-to-end HSE policies aligned with Bulgarian legislations and EU directives; organize safety inductions and emergency drills; implement dedicated control measures for high-risk activities such as BESS thermal runaway, high voltage works and heavy lifting.

· Local & stakeholder liaison: Communicate with Bulgarian municipal authorities, environmental bureaus, fire departments, grid operators and village communities to complete construction permits, grid approvals and all administrative procedures; coordinate with banks and third-party consultants for technical due diligence.

· Comprehensive project risk management: Identify potential risks including policy changes, supply chain delays, schedule & budget overrun and environmental non-compliance, and implement executable contingency plans.

· Manage daily on-site operations, resolve construction conflicts and local labor disputes; compile regular comprehensive progress reports to update overall project status.

· Build and manage local on-site teams with complete performance incentive systems to ensure efficient cross-disciplinary and cross-local collaboration.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Energy Engineering.

· Experience: Minimum 15 years full-cycle management experience on large-scale renewable energy / power projects across Europe, including at least 5 years independent delivery of multi-hundred MW PV+BESS projects; proven track record of projects based in Bulgaria is highly preferred.

· Qualification Requirements：Complete statutory professional registration, register in the CPRS Central Construction Professional Registry, and obtain a Site Supervisor Practicing Certificate.

· Language: Fluent written & spoken Bulgarian plus business English; capable of independent technical, commercial and compliance communication with local authorities, communities, EPC contractors and financial institutions.

· Competencies: Comprehensive expertise in European PV+BESS EPC workflow, Bulgarian & EU electrical, civil and HSE regulations, and full lender technical due diligence requirements; outstanding overall planning, decision-making and risk mitigation capabilities.

· Adaptability: Available for long-term on-site assignment in Bulgaria, able to work in multicultural local environments with high stress tolerance.

· Preferred Certifications: PMP, European Registered Safety Engineer or relevant engineering practicing licenses.
