Your responsibilities:

• Provide telephone and written customer support
• Assist customers with contracts, tariffs, invoices, products, and services
• Answer service-related inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain and update customer data in internal systems
• Help customers feel well advised, supported, and satisfied
• What we expect from you
• Excellent German language skills — C1 level, spoken and written
• Good computer skills and confidence using common PC applications
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Interest in sales and customer consultation
• Motivation to develop professionally
• Flexibility regarding working hours
