For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Customer Assistance Specialist with Slovenian and Croatian (Remote).

*Support customers via phone and email with professionalism and care;
*Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused solutions;
*Identify customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions;
*Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction;
*Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey.

*Fluent Slovenian and good Croatian and English skills;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
*A proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
*Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment;
*Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
