For one of our clients – a leading provider of digital solutions, AI automation, and customer experience services, enabling global brands to enhance digital experiences across fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming industries, we are looking for – Customer Assistance Specialist with Slovenian (Remote).

*Support customers via phone and email with professionalism and care;
*Deliver quick, accurate, and customer-focused solutions;
*Identify customer needs and provide the most suitable solutions;
*Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction;
*Work closely with colleagues to continuously improve the customer journey.

*Fluent Slovenian and good English skills;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
