Your mission
Help customers quickly and confidently resolve everyday account and service-related questions.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide support through phone, chat, and email, assisting users with account-related inquiries, password resets, billing questions, payment processing issues, and basic troubleshooting. You'll play an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while helping customers find the right solutions.

• Provide professional support via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with account-related matters, including password resets and account access issues.
• Help resolve billing inquiries and payment processing questions.
• Perform basic non-technical troubleshooting.
• Escalate more complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Follow internal procedures and quality standards.

• Fluent Norwegian, Estonian, Danish, or Slovak (C1).
• Good command of English (B2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
• Team spirit and eagerness to develop professionally.
Previous experience is not required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in customer support.
