We act as contact person for our business customers and ensure timely and efficient delivery by monitoring and coordinating with internal and external service partners/suppliers for a timely, customer-oriented and economic realization.

• Processing customer orders, collecting missing data and submitting the order in our ordering systems.

• Ensuring the timely realization of the orders through coordination, monitoring and proactive customer contact (mostly per mail, but also per phone).

• Operating a proactive information and communication management towards customers, vendors, partners and internal organizational units.

• Coordinating requests and escalations and document them in our CRM and ordering systems.

• Good communication skills in German (spoken and written B1, B2).

• The customer in focus, but you always have the interests of the company in mind.

• Curiosity for new topics and desire to continuously develop your professional qualifications.

• Structured and solution-oriented way of thinking, you also understand complex contexts quickly.

• Knowledge of the current technologies in the telecommunication business.

• General experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel).
