For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Support Advisor
with Arabic or Hebrew or Dutch with English.

*Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and chat;
*Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, or accounts;
*Handle each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and a focus on first-contact resolution;
*Accurately log and follow up on customer interactions using internal systems;
*Meet performance goals such as customer satisfaction, response time, and quality standards;
*Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve the customer experience.
*Fluency in Arabic or Hebrew, or Dutch, plus good communication skills in English;
*Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset;
*Comfortable handling conversations via phone and chat;
*Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software tools quickly;
*Motivation to achieve targets and deliver positive results;
*Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential - full training is provided.
