Delivery Manager - Live Operations (Maternity Cover)

Aristocrat are looking for a highly motivated and skilled person to join the all star Delivery team in our Bulgaria office as a Delivery Manager - Live Operations. The role is a Maternity Cover

Responsibilities:

· Owning and handling the backlog of all requests coming from live operators and vendors through Tech support, Commercial and external Testing laboratories.

· Leading review meetings together with product team to analyze and distribute requests to responsible team.

· Working closely with different departments in the company to build roadmap for delivering all requests based on their vitality, teams’ capabilities and capacity.

· Presenting regularly with commercial and operations teams, providing them with clear updates of ongoing progress of high critical requests from the backlog.

· Working with development and dev ops teams to ensure the readiness of new version releases on production across all data centers.

· Building weekly and monthly reports to represent an overview of ongoing and planned work for requests in Live Operation pool and upcoming company releases.

· Suggesting advancements to workflows and service requests to improve automation and reduce manual work.

· Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles

Requirements:

· High proficiency in English

· 2+ years of software project management experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience combined with education.

· Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is advantage.

· Sophisticated proficiency in enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow and Freshservice preferred).

· Experience with organisational change policies implementation is an advantage

· Excellent analysis skills.

· Outstanding presentation skills.

· Capable of handling and leading multiple projects

· Any Scrum Master, PM or PO certification is a benefit
