for – Digital B2B Growth Specialist with Romanian.
*Create customized ad solutions that help clients achieve their goals;
*Grow revenue by managing and expanding a portfolio of SMB advertisers;
*Suggest optimizations and upsell products to boost campaign performance;
*Connect with clients proactively via phone and email, providing expert guidance;
*Build strong, long-term relationships to maximize client success;
*Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising and platform innovations.
*Proven B2B sales experience, especially in outbound or consultative roles;
*Excellent communicator focused on achieving results and driving client success;
*Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and overcoming challenges;
*Fluent in Romanian with strong English skills;
*Results-driven, KPI-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment;
*Quick learner, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
