Your daily routine would include:

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 — forms, entities, views, business rules, and model-driven apps.
• Develop server-side business logic in C# — plugins, custom workflow activities, and custom APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems via OData / Dataverse Web API.
• Automate business processes with Power Automate flows and build supporting Power Apps.
• Use AI coding assistants responsibly, reviewing and testing all generated code.
• Take part in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and solution deployments across environments.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM development.
• Confident, independent customization of Dynamics 365 forms, entities, and views.
• Strong C# skills and solid understanding of the plugin execution pipeline — registration steps, sync vs. async execution, performance.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform — Power Apps and/or Power Automate / Flows.
• Proven experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using OData API.
• Experience with JavaScript for client-side customizations.
• Solution lifecycle management and deployments across DEV / TEST / PROD.
• Practical use of AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar), with the judgement to validate and test the output.
• Experience with Git and a version-controlled team workflow.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the development of Dynamics 365 PCF components using React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure services — Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault.
• Microsoft certification, e.g. PL-400 Power Platform Developer.
