For one of our clients - a customer service technology firm offering outsourced sales,
assistance, and business operations solutions to major enterprises, we are looking for – Entry-
level Technical Support Specialist with German and English (Remote).
*Provide first-level technical support via phone and email for customers encountering issues
with printers and imaging products, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution;
*Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems related to printers and imaging
devices, offering step-by-step guidance to users;
*Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions to
ensure accurate reporting and follow-up on open cases;
*Assist customers in installing, configuring, and setting up printers and imaging products,
providing user-friendly instructions;
*Collaborate with senior technical support teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring a
smooth and efficient resolution for the customer.
*Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to explain
technical issues in a clear and concise manner;
*Prior experience or strong understanding of technical support processes, particularly in
troubleshooting and resolving issues with printers and imaging devices;
*Basic knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Mac OS) and printer software,
including drivers and configuration settings;
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to
meet customer service standards;
*Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach and the patience to
handle technical inquiries from users of varying technical skill levels.
*Standard working time, Monday – Friday, Remote option;
