WHAT TO EXPECT?

• Support Claims Team in their daily activities

• Support the day-to-day activities related to claims administration using Oracle Chargeback application

• Manage the Claims back up details within the Claims application

• Communicates with customers in case of incomplete data on customers debit notes

• Assists with customer to improve the quality of customer claims documentation

• Support communication with the customer in regards to rejected claims

• Supports other back office projects

• Become part of a multinational technology leader

• Work with various internal departments

• Learn a lot of new business processes

WHO WILL BE A GREAT FIT FOR OUR TEAM:

• 3rd or 4th year student or newly graduate in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty;
• Good knowledge in MS Office Products – Experienced in working with Excel spreadsheets, Good command of English language;
• Interested in client service and customer interfacing;
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn;
• Passionate team player;
