For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global
brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – First Line
Technical Specialist with Dutch or Latvian, or Swedish, or French, or Finnish (FTE/PTE).
*Respond promptly and politely to customer questions via phone, live chat, or email;
*Offer basic tech support for modern electronic devices and app-based platforms;
*Assist with common product or account issues in a clear, friendly manner;
*Deliver top-notch customer care through professional and engaging communication;
*Escalate complex technical matters to specialized teams when needed;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.
*Fluency in Dutch or Latvian, or Swedish, or French, or Finnish, plus solid English skills;
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities;
*A customer-first attitude with a practical, problem-solving mindset;
*Confidence using computers and everyday software tools;
*Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment;
*Previous experience in customer or tech support is a bonus - not a must.
