For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game
provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part
of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role – HR Operations Specialist.
*Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documents;
*Be the go-to person for everyday HR questions and support;
*Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date;
*Support onboarding, visa, and work permit processes;
*Help create a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires;
*Maintain organized files and ensure data is handled securely.
*Experience in HR or administrative support;
*Good understanding of HR processes and documentation;
*Excellent English skills, written and spoken;
*Detail-oriented and able to handle several tasks at once;
*Comfortable using MS Office and HR systems;
*Reliable, discreet, and a true team player.
