Role Overview:

Lead the overall Workday architecture and integration strategy for a large telecommunications organization. Act as the design authority across Workday modules and integrations, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with business needs.

Role insights:

• Define and govern Workday architecture standards across HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and integrations.
• Design and oversee Workday solutions and integrations (Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Partner with HR, IT, and Security to translate business requirements into optimal designs.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards.
• Provide technical leadership for integrations with payroll, ERP, and identity systems.
• Lead release impact assessments and remediation strategies.
• Act as an escalation point for complex design and integration issues.

What makes you unique:

• Proven experience as a Workday Architect or Integration Lead in large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of HCM processes and Workday integration tools.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Workday certifications (Integrations, Security, Studio).
• Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., TIBCO).
