ProCredit Bank is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Individual Clients Expert for our Retail Banking team in Burgas.

Responsibilities:

• Acquires new clients private individuals
• Advises and offers to clients individual banking products – consumer loans, saving accounts, bank cards by demonstrating deep knowledge of banking services
• Proactively engage with clients in the retail zone and deliver outstanding professional service experience by identifying opportunities for advice, solutions, digital enablement
• Manages portfolio of clients; processes loan applications of private individuals
• Contribute to the team results by listening and spotting opportunities for additional advice
• Provides after sales support and service to clients on digital instruments

Main requirements:

• Sales skills
• Еxperience in communication with clients
• University degree
• Very good level of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in the banking sector will be considered an advantage

• Problem-solving and emotional intelligence
