For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Inside Sales Support Advisor with
Spanish or Portuguese or Azerbaijani or German or Dutch (Hybrid).

*Provide daily support to the sales team by assisting with administrative and coordination tasks;
*Communicate with existing or potential customers to present products or services;
*Deliver accurate and clear information about company offers and solutions;
*Help with processing orders and tracking their status to ensure timely delivery;
*Keep customer data up to date in the system and maintain detailed records;
*Work closely with other internal teams to resolve client requests or issues.

*Spanish, Portuguese, Azerbaijani, German or Dutch at a C1 level, with strong verbal and written communication;
*English proficiency at B2 level or higher, ensuring ease with internal tools and communication;
*Interest in sales, customer service, or business support roles;
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships;
*Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like CRM or Excel;
*Flexibility to work in day and later shifts, depending on team needs.
