For one of our clients - a leading European FMCG brand, known for innovation and a strong international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and proactive candidates for the role - Junior Field Sales Representative (FMCG).

*Achieve your monthly sales goals across your assigned stores by using smart and creative ideas;
*Follow what is happening in the local market and use it to plan your activities;
*Help your clients grow by creating and running promotions;
* Use the regional marketing budget in an optimal way to get the best results;
*Build strong relationships with customers through clear and friendly communication;
*Support the sales department and drive merchandising activities.

*1 to 2 years of experience on a similar position;
*Proven track record in FMCG sales with solid merchandising skills;
*Intermediate level of English, fluency in Bulgarian;
*Confident user of Excel and MS Office tools;
*Strong communicator with a proactive, results-oriented mindset;
*Willing to travel regularly; valid driver’s license required.
