Our partner is a well-established international company with a strong portfolio of successful projects in the fields of energy, mechanical engineering, and metal supply, working primarily with business clients (B2B) across global markets.

For their newly forming team, we are currently looking for a motivated talent to join the position of:


HRS Recruitment Services Bulgaria has License № №2525 valid from 26.04.2018.

• You will learn to provide support to business customers via email, chat, and phone in German or French;
• Become proficient in handling customer requests, questions, and basic issues in a clear and professional way;
• Track and document all interactions in internal company systems;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex cases;
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as proofreading, simple translations, and updates.

• Fluent German, Dutch or French (C1);
• Good command of English (B2);
• Strong communication skills and good technical knowledge – MS office, Outlook, VPN;
• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail;
• No previous experience required – the role is suitable for entry-level candidates.
