For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Junior Tech Care Support
Agent with Italian or Dutch or Norwegian or Danish (PTE/FTE).

*Provide support to customers via phone, chat, and email;
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently;
*Escalate more complex problems to higher-level support when needed;
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions;
*Continuously learn and stay informed about products, features, and processes.
*Fluency in Italian, Dutch, Norwegian, or Danish and very good English;
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
*Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
*Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
*Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and following structured processes.
