– Preparing ingredients and assisting in daily mise en place with precision and consistency 

– Supporting chefs during service by executing tasks efficiently and on time 

– Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen areas 

– Following food safety standards and internal kitchen procedures – Assisting with plating and presentation according to restaurant guidelines 

– Ensuring smooth communication with the kitchen team during busy service hours 

– Proper handling, storage, and rotation of ingredients

 – Contributing to a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen environment

– Previous experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience is a plus) 

– Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations 

– Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards – Good organizational skills and attention to detail 

– Team‑oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude – Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices 

– Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the rhythm of a fast‑paced kitchen 

– Reliability, discipline, and respect for culinary craft
